it's obvious I am bad at keeping up with things...

It's been months! literally! But luckily, my life is not so exciting that you've missed out on much at all :-p

Done with my junior year of college. Crazy. I feel old. Old at 21. lol. I am still trying to squeeze everything in so that I graduate on time, so we'll see how that goes. I have the credit hours, it's just a matter of getting in all of my required recitals and such. Stressful, but at least the boring classes are out of the way :-)

I spent the first 2+ months of summer sitting around the house being bored. I applied for jobs galore, but I didn't find a job until about 3 weeks ago. And since then I've been working almost every single day at Coneflowers, a little ice cream shop on route 4. It's not much, but definitely better than no job at all. And so now that is basically my life. I wake up, sometime I do some things around the house, then go to work. Then I come home and eat dinner and once again don't do much of anything. How boring.

However, a couple weeks ago, my family went to NYC. It was tons of fun. We got there via train, which was a new experience, and not one that I would want to repeat, I think. Our hotel was IN Times Square! We tried to go to Central Park one day, but as soon as we got there it started pouring and we got soaked and had to walk all the way back to the hotel. We also got to see Wicked on Broadway, which was AMAZING!!! I loved it. We also got to have dinner with my cousin Abbie and her husband Seth. They had been living in Harlem, but just moved to Brooklyn. We ate at this cute restaurant in Little Italy. It was super fun. I love NYC. I would go back again for the 4th time if I could. :-)

Other than that, I haven't done much exciting. Yesterday I went to the indycar race at Mid-Ohio with Kylynne and Meghan. We got rained on, which wasn't too fun, but the rest of the day was nice. We left the race early to make it to Columbus to see the Columbus Crew play West Ham United, which was amazing, even though the Crew lost. I got burned, so now my skin hurts...lol. But it was a fun day.

And that's about all I've done in the past several months. I move back to Indiana sometime around August 29 to start my senior year... which just makes me feel old, and scared, because I have no idea what I'm doing once I graduate. But I guess all there is to do is pray and see where God leads me. Until next time...

I'm so jealous that you got to go to NYC. Its a great place to visit. Don't worry, I don't think you're THAT old ;)
